I've done it. I have finally created my own blog.
I have created this blog as part requirement towards my Masters in Science in Business Leadership run by UEM Leadership Centre and I look forward and welcome ideas and feedback on the issue of leadership in the business environment. I have completed 2 modules at the post-graduate certificate level.
A little bit about myself. I have been in the Human Resource profession for about 19 years now and had been working for various organizations, including multinationals like Shell and Goodyear. Currently, I head the HR function of UEM Land Bhd, the master developer for Nusajaya, a regional city in Johor.
